Karl Miller Center: The Karl Miller Center (KMC) is a state-of-the-art LEED Platinum facility housing the School of Business and Office of International Affairs at PSU. This innovative building boasts numerous sustainability achievements including:
- Energy efficient design projected to cut energy use by half despite increasing square footage by 42 percent
- A new pavilion and atrium that are passively-cooled and 100% naturally ventilated - Low VOC, FSC certified, and locally sourced materials
- Five ecoroofs totaling 7,000 square feet...and more!

Viking Pavillion: In April 2018, PSU will open a new multi-purpose venue in the heart of downtown Portland - Viking Pavilion Regional Event Center. The OHSU-sponsored Viking Pavilion will be a LEED Gold Certified, functionally flexible venue that can accommodate up to 3,400 guests. Join us for a hard hat tour to get a sneak peak of this impressive space before it opens.
Special Requirements: Wear long pants, long sleeves and close toed, slip proof shoes. Hard hats and other PPE will be provided for the Viking Pavilion portion of the tour.
Meeting Point Address: KMC 615 SW Harrison St., 2nd floor near the bronze bust at the Broadway entry.

The Redd on Salmon Street is a new Ecotrust development located in the heart of Portland's historic Central Eastside designed to support local food enterprises, connect chefs, foodservice directors and entrepreneurs to independent farmers, ranchers and fishers in the region, and help scale a robust, regional food economy across the Pacific Northwest. The Redd tour will begin at the B-line roll up door on the corner of 7th and Salmon to highlight key functions and concepts of the Redd West building (office, kitchen production, and warehousing space), and conclude with a visit to the Redd East building for Q&A.
